As a UGB Sales Rep, you’ll play a hands-on role in:

• Helping customers get properly sized and fitted

• Educating players and parents on new products and launches

• Sharing product specifics, performance insights, and recommendations

• Representing a trusted, community-driven brand at events, fields, and online

With a mix of real-world experience and ongoing training, our reps are equipped to help customers make purchases they’ll feel confident and excited about.
